I know he's an incredible reputation, but... well, to put it rather mildly, I don't see it. Maybe his other works are indeed better. I...Terrific review, Nathaniel... simply terrific. <br /><br />I've had my eye on these books for a while now - to be honest I have my eye on most anything SubPress puts out, but of late I've been ogling these McCammons in particular - but I guess I'll give them a miss; those sex scenes specifically sound excruciating.<br /><br />Maybe I'll take the time you've saved me to catch up on one of his more reputable novels instead.
